Eden’s Clay

Eden’s Clay

Honest men and women, you see, are lacking objectivity.

Omniscient lord; creator begin, a serpent’s tongue speaks original sin.

Isaac, your son is dead you see, in spite of sacrificiality.

In innocence god says he came, but through Eden’s clay, humanity to blame.

The apparition of holiness blest, in arrogant trinity cold hearts arrest

the meaningless existence of material dreams, entertain the space to god’s greater schemes.

In a glimpse of celestial night,

objectivity, full hands of slight.
